Compu-Log Desktop Model VI



An integral part of the System VI is a standard Desktop computer with an Ethernet connection. The customer may also use and supply a similar type computer.
The Compu-Log Desktop Model VI comes equipped with all software and hardware necessary to log, edit, process, print or interpret with the complete list of Century tools. No additional cost is required to add logging tools except the cost of the tool.
The Desktop is designed for semi-permanent mounting is a logging truck. The Desktop Compu-Log is used by Century's service division in their 25 logging units which operate in conditions which vary from the deserts of Nevada to the arctic conditions in the Northwest Territories of Canada. The Desktop logging system is more economical but less portable then the Ultra-Lite.
The Desktop utilizes industry standard PC computer components and is therefore easily serviced by local computer technicians.
The Visual Compu-Log software provided with the Desktop prints log data via any Windows compatible color or monochrome printer.
The Desktop is provided with on-line HELP which includes instructions on the operation of the Log and Display programs. Additionally the extensive help program includes specifications and user guides on all of Century's logging tools and equipment.
All software and hardware required to log, print, process, or interpret data from any of Century's tools is included in the Desktop. There are no additional items to purchase when additional tools are added or rented.
